Hirra Iqbal is the Office Manager of BIG STEP's Australian office. She makes sure the business stays compliant and that day-to-day operations run smoothly, so every client file is organised, on time and handled properly.
She is also the link between our Australian office and our international partners in Pakistan and the GCC. She coordinates the work between the teams and follows up on every outstanding document, so nothing is missed and files keep moving without delays.
She works side by side with our Registered Migration Agent, keeping records, appointments and paperwork in order, so you always have one team and one clear point of contact.
