Fee Guide

The Australian Government's visa application charges, by visa type, alongside an indicative guide to our own professional fee. Government charges are set by the Department of Home Affairs; we can pay them to the Department on your behalf through our client account. Our professional fee shown here is a starting guide only - the exact amount for your matter is always confirmed with you in writing at your consultation, before we start work.

This page lists the Australian Government's own visa application charges - paid to the Department of Home Affairs (we can pay it for you through our client account) - alongside an indicative guide to our own professional fee for preparing and lodging your application. The figure shown is a starting point, not a quote: your actual fee depends on your circumstances and is always confirmed with you in writing at your consultation, before we start work.

Government charges are set by the Department of Home Affairs, are paid to them (we can pay them on your behalf through our client account), and are always separate from our professional fee. They change periodically - use the official Visa Pricing Estimator for the exact current amount for your situation.

Education consulting - free for students

Course counselling, admissions applications and your Confirmation of Enrolment cost you nothing: education providers pay us a commission when you enrol, which we disclose openly. Tuition and deposits are always paid directly to the institution - never to us. The migration services above (including the student visa) are separate professional services.
