Working with a migration agent

What is a registered migration agent?
A registered migration agent is authorised to provide immigration assistance in Australia and is regulated by the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (OMARA) under a professional Code of Conduct.
Why use a registered agent instead of applying myself?
You can lodge many applications yourself. A registered agent helps you understand your options, choose the right pathway, prepare a strong and well-evidenced application, and avoid common mistakes that cause delays or refusals.
How do I know you're registered?
Every registered migration agent has a Migration Agents Registration Number (MARN). Ours is shown throughout this site (MARN 2619611), and you can confirm any agent's registration by searching the OMARA public register.
Is my information kept confidential?
Yes. We handle your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy and our professional obligations, and we only use it to help with your enquiry or matter.

The process

How do I get started?
Take the free eligibility check to explore your options, or book a consultation. We'll talk through your situation and explain the pathways that may suit you.
What is the eligibility check?
It's a short, plain-English questionnaire that suggests visa pathways worth exploring based on your answers. It's a helpful guide - not a legal assessment or a guarantee of eligibility.
How long do visa applications take?
Processing times vary widely depending on the visa and change regularly. We'll give you a realistic, up-to-date estimate for your situation, and a well-prepared application is the best way to avoid unnecessary delays.
Can you help if I'm outside Australia?
Yes. We assist clients both in Australia and overseas, depending on the visa and your circumstances.

Fees & outcomes

How much does it cost?
Our fees depend on the complexity of your matter, and we'll be transparent about them before you engage us. Government application charges are separate and are set by the Department of Home Affairs.
Do you guarantee my visa will be approved?
No. No one can honestly guarantee a visa outcome - decisions are made by the Australian Government. What we can do is help you understand your options and put your strongest possible application forward.
What happens if my visa is refused?
Depending on the decision, you may have review rights at the Administrative Review Tribunal (ART). Strict time limits apply, so contact us quickly - we can advise and, where appropriate, help with a review.
What areas do you help with?
Skilled migration, partner and family visas, student visas, employer-sponsored visas, visitor visas, citizenship, appeals and reviews, and business and investor matters.
